3. Quotations and Estimates
• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Estimates are based on the information provided by the Client at the time of quotation and may be revised if additional work or materials are required.
• The Client will be informed of any additional costs before extra work is carried out.

4. Bookings and Access
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• The Client must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property or work site.
• If the Company cannot access the site due to Client fault, a call-out fee may apply.

5. Payments
• Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

• Liability for any claim arising out of work performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, suppliers, or force majeure events.

11. Ownership of Materials
• All materials remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
• The Company reserves the right to remove materials if payment is not received.

12. Governing Law
